PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal air secondary battery having a high weight energy density, and capable of suppressing generation of dendrite effectively.SOLUTION: A battery cell 10 has an air electrode 12 and a fuel electrode 14, and a cell frame 11 is filled with an electrolyte 15, in a chargeable and dischargeable metal air secondary battery. The battery cell 10 has electrolyte inflow piping 11a and electrolyte outflow piping 11b for circulating the electrolyte 15 in the cell frame 11. At the time of charging the battery cell 10, charging can be carried out while circulating the electrolyte 15 in the battery cell 10, by connecting the electrolyte inflow piping 11a and electrolyte outflow piping 11b with a pump 22 in an external charging station 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
