PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide health appliances capable of assisting active and proper bending exercise of a knee joint, and a method for using the same.SOLUTION: Health appliances allowing a user to perform exercise of a knee joint in a state of lying on his/her back or sitting while supporting the knee joint includes a substrate 1 having a bottom surface 11 as one lateral face of a triangle pole, and an aid 2 mounted from the knee to the toe side of the user and allowing the user to pull. The substrate 1 has a width W allowing supporting one knee and a triangular shape where a cross section is one lateral face 11 as a bottom side, and a diagonal θ1 is an acute angle, and when being sandwiched between the knee underside by the user, a toe side basic angle θ2 is larger than the diagonal θ1 and smaller than a thigh side basic angle θ3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
