PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation structure of a solar energy utilizing device, which hardly causes a deterioration of a roof appearance.SOLUTION: In a structure according to this invention, a function panel 2 to utilize solar energy and a solar energy utilizing device with a transportation means 100 for transporting energy obtained by the function panel 2 are installed on a roof 1. The function panel 2 is installed on a roof surface 8, at least one of the two roof surfaces 8,18 inclined across a ridge 20 of the roof 1. A fixture 12 for fixing the function panel 2 is installed to a ridge cover member 4 for covering the ridge 20. The fixture 12 has a pair of roof surface fixing parts 35,42 that can be fixed on the two roof surfaces 8,18 across the ridge 20, a panel fixing part 14 on which the function panel 2 can be fixed, and a cap part 34 that can cap the ridge cover member 4.
