The objective of the present invention is to provide a film mirror having excellent damage resistance and a consistently high haze value and reflectivity, as well as a composite film used therein. This film mirror has a resin substrate, a metal reflective layer, and a surface coating layer, wherein the hardness of the surface coating layer is no greater than 100 N/mm 2 , and the elastic recovery rate is at least 60%. |
