The present disclosure is related to a hardware and software-based system which allows: entering, processing, storing, retrieving and managing data in a stand-alone manner and both transmitting and interacting with other equipment through an information system. The device is the technological support for the method of processing information that calculates the level of and determines a new business model based on innovation for an enterprise. The device also outlines the value of innovation, which is the entrepreneurship pillar, the consumer perceptions of products and services delivered by the same, its competitors, and sets the metrics to be followed by the planning specialists and senior management (EPAD) personnel of the perception of the current business model, as well as of the new business model based on innovation (NBMBI) to be achieved. Thus, the device identifies new and / or modified stages of the current business model, the value chain in the following areas: product, serv ice, process, marketing, organization, technology, etc. in various deterministic or random scenarios to find the best combination involving the highest percentages of improvement with low risk, costs and greater benefits for management decision-making in the introduction of innovative products in the market. |
