PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic currency management device and an electronic currency management method in which points transferred between users are used in a proper manner.SOLUTION: An electronic currency management device 10 comprises: a storage unit 52 which stores point balance information that a user has corresponding to a user ID linked to a user using a service; a reception unit 511 which receives a point transfer request from a user terminal 12 a first user uses to a second user different from the first user; an execution unit 513 which adds a transfer flag indicating a part of the point is transferred and restriction information according to the transfer request to transfer the part of the point the first user has to the second user; and a determination unit 512 which determines, when a point use request is received from the user terminal 12, availability of the point on the basis of the transfer flag given to a point to be used and the restriction information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11 |
