The present invention relates to a mobile health care device and an operating method thereof. The operating method of a mobile health care device of the present invention comprises the steps of: setting a mode of the mobile health care device as a measurement mode; displaying a dynamic screen for guiding a user to maintain a specific posture of the user in the measurement mode; and obtaining information on a user state by using biometric information of the user after a specific amount of time has passed from a starting point of displaying the dynamic screen. The mobile health care device of the present invention can provide a user with a dynamic screen for maintaining a specific posture of the user when measuring biometric information.
