The present invention relates to socks for supporting plantar arches, the socks including: a first supporting unit which is placed the inside of the plantar and supports the inside longitudinal arch; a second supporting unit which is placed the outside of the plantar and supports the outer longitudinal arch; and a third supporting unit which is placed at the front of the plantar and supports the metatarsal arch. According to the present invention, without being limited by types of clothes and shoes and whether wearing clothes and shoes or not, both the inside longitudinal arch, outer longitudinal arch, and metatarsal arch of the plantar are supported all the time, so that talipes varus can be prevented or symptoms can be alleviated. Also, incorrect posture can be corrected. In addition, muscle fatigue of a user can be reduced. |
