PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of facilitating insertion of a fastening member into a fastening hole and regulating a position of a member to be fastened, in a fastening structure for fastening a plurality of members to be fastened.SOLUTION: A first panel 11 is fastened to a second panel 21 by a fastening member 50. The fastening member 50 is the headed bolt 50. The headed bolt 50 has: a male screw part 51 which is inserted in a direction from a first fastening hole 12 toward a second fastening hole 22; and a taper part 52 which is provided at a rear end part of the male screw part 51, whose minimum diameter is set to be larger than an outer diameter D1 of the male screw part 51 and whose diameter becomes larger toward a base end side. Furthermore, the headed bolt 50 has: an equal diameter part 53 which continues to the taper part 52, whose diameter is the same as a maximum diameter of the taper part 52 and which extends in an axial direction of the headed bolt 50; and a head part 54 which continues to the equal diameter part 53 and whose diameter is larger than the equal diameter part 53. |
