PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique, for a thermal machine capable of executing cooling operation, which can prevent a heat medium with a relatively high temperature from being supplied to an indoor terminal during an initial stage of the cooling operation.SOLUTION: A thermal machine comprises: a circulation pump which circulates a heat medium; an indoor terminal which performs heating through heat radiation of the heat medium or cooling through heat absorption thereof; an indoor terminal route which flows the heat medium to the indoor terminal; a bypass route connected parallel to the indoor terminal route; a heat pump which is arranged at either an upstream side or a downstream side of the indoor terminal route and the bypass route and heats or cools the heat medium; an auxiliary heat source machine which heats the heat medium; a first on-off valve which opens and closes the indoor terminal route; and a second on-off valve which opens and closes the bypass route.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9 |
