PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for producing a composite stretchable sheet, in each of which the composite stretchable sheet, that exhibits excellent external appearance in a loose state since exudation of an adhesive is prevented effectively and a position of an elastic member is stabilized and that has wrinkles of excellent skin texture, can be produced efficiently.SOLUTION: The method for producing the composite stretchable sheet 10 comprises the steps of: holding/fixing the elastic member 13 of a stretched state between base material sheets 11, 12 to produce a composite sheet material 40; and supplying the composite sheet material to the space between a pair of tooth groove rolls 31, 32 to be engaged with each other to produce the composite stretchable sheet 10 having elasticity. One 32 of the tooth groove rolls 31, 32 has a plurality of stripe grooves 35 to be extended to the entire peripheral direction along the axial direction. The composite sheet material 40 is supplied to the space between the pair of tooth groove rolls 31, 32 while hanging the composite sheet material 40 on the tooth groove roll 32 of a heated state so that the elastic member 13 of the composite sheet material 40 is made to pass through the stripe grooves 35 of the tooth groove roll 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
