PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for diagnosing a clearance of an elevator capable of estimating an adjustment time when an adjustment work of the clearance is required beforehand.SOLUTION: A clearance diagnosis part 11 provided on a device for diagnosing a clearance includes: a recording part 12 which records a measurement value measured by a clearance measurement device 10 for measuring the clearance between a counterweight 3 and a shock absorber 6 and operation information of a car 2 outputted from a controller 5 for controlling the travelling of the car 2; and an estimation part 13 which calculates a clearance estimation value in the future on the basis of the measurement value recorded by the recording part 12 and the operation information of the car 2, and estimates a clearance adjustment time E attaining to a prescribed judgement value D corresponding to an adjustment target value of the clearance with the calculated clearance estimation value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
