PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pillow, a pillow mounting body, and a monitoring system capable of monitoring the apneic state of a user and trying to eliminated the apneic state when the user comes into the apneic state.SOLUTION: A controller monitors the apneic state of a monitoring target person in bed (during sleep) and when detecting the apneic state, causes the driving unit of the pillow. The controller detects the breathing state of the monitoring target person with the bed sensor again and when the apneic state is not eliminated, transmits warning information to a predetermined monitoring server.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
