PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid oxide fuel cell capable of forming an air electrode with excellent position accuracy and also to provide a film-forming device for forming a film on the air electrode.SOLUTION: A film-forming device 10 includes: a work holder 12; a camera 17; a dispenser 18; a dry part 19; a move part 15 which makes the camera 17, the dispenser 18, and the dry part 18 move in the axial direction of a work-piece 20, and a control part 21. The move part 15 makes the dispenser 18 move to a predetermined position on the basis of an image of the camera 17. The dispenser 18 discharges slurry containing an air electrode material onto the work-piece 20 rotated in the circumferential direction, and a slurry film is formed. The move part 15 makes the dry part 19 move to the predetermined position. The dry part 19 dries the end of the slurry film between cells adjacent to each other. |
