A tubeless tyre puncture-resistant sheet (3) to be affixed to the inner surface (1A) of a tubeless tyre (100). This puncture-resistant sheet (3) comprises a first substrate film (23), and a first acrylic-based adhesive layer (24) laminated on the first substrate film (23). The puncture-resistant sheet (3) may further comprise a second adhesive sheet (11) to be adhered to the inner surface (1A) of the tubeless tyre (100) at the opposite side of the first substrate film (23) to the first acrylic-based adhesive layer (24).
