The present invention relates to a device for inputting and outputting a pole-type elbow connector which is capable of inputting and outputting the elbow connector to and from a contact part of a high-voltage cable connecting box for an underground distribution line in an active state. Particularly, the device for inputting and outputting a pole-type elbow connector includes: a pole-type body (10); a driving unit (100) installed at the rear of the body; a reciprocating unit (200) installed into the body to be operated by the driving unit (100); a holding unit (300) installed on the front of the reciprocating unit (200) to allow an elbow connector member (2) to be inputted to or outputted from a contact part (6) of a cable connecting box (5) while being reciprocated, and holding or releasing the elbow connector member (2); and an insulating guider (400) installed on the front of the body to support the connection with the cable connecting box (5) in an insulating state. According to the present invention, the device is easily portable by a worker and allows the holding unit for surely holding the elbow connector member to be inputted to or outputted from the contact part of the cable connecting box through the compression and extension of an impact spring of the reciprocating unit, so that the working safety and reliability may be improved. |
