PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a more sanitary wet towel manufacturing device.SOLUTION: A wet towel manufacturing device 1 is a device that manufactures roll-shaped wet towels 5 wound from a belt-shaped sheet material 3. The wet towel manufacturing device comprises cutting means 9 that cuts the belt-shaped sheet material to a predetermined length to make cut sheets 7, sprinkling means 13 that sprinkles water on the cut sheets to make water-containing cut sheets 11, winding means 15 that winds the water-containing cut sheets, and a case 17 that houses the cutting means, the sprinkling means, and the winding means. The sprinkling means comprises a water storage tank 19, an auxiliary tank 23 that temporarily stores water supplied from the water storage tank and can heat the water with a heater 21, and a sprinkling part 25 that sprinkles the water from the auxiliary tank. The water storage tank is detachably housed in a housing part 27 inside the case, and the water storage tank communicates with the auxiliary tank via a closed pipe line 29 when the water storage tank is housed in the housing part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
