The present invention relates to mineral-increased nuts and a method for producing the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for producing mineral-increased nuts, which includes the following steps: (a) making a paste by mixing an adhesive of fermented soybean powders or coconut powders, mineral powders, and nuts; and (b) dry-heating the paste made in the step (a), and mineral-increased nuts produced through the method. According to the present invention, in the method for producing the mineral-increased nuts, a functional food material such as fermented soybean or coconut is used as a coating material, so that both of the nuts and high-concentration mineral can be provided. Accordingly, a user easily takes in and absorbs minerals such as calcium (Ca). In addition, even other health functional active ingredients, which may be insufficient when only the nuts are taken in, can be provided, so that the nutritional value of the nuts is increased. In addition, a bad smell is removed from a food material, and the flavor of the food material is improved. |
