The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a stator of a mono-pump. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a stator of a mono-pump, including forming the shape of a flow path formed inside a stator positioned at the exterior of a rotator provided in the mono-pump and the screw thread formed in the flow path in such a manner that each of the shape of the rotated outer circumference formed by eccentric rotation of the rotator and the screw thread formed in the exterior of the rotator may be air-tightened to the highest degree. In addition, according to the present invention, the flow path of the stator is formed by using a flow path-shaping mold having an outer circumference of the vertical section smaller than the rotated outer circumference of the vertical section formed by horizontal rotation of the rotator located in the flow path. As a result, the rotated outer circumference formed by eccentric rotation of the rotator and the shape of the flow path formed inside the stator are retained precisely, so the conveying pressure of a flowing material may be maintained constantly. Since the outer circumference of the vertical section of the flow path formed inside the stator is smaller than the rotated outer circumference of the vertical section formed by horizontal rotation of the rotator located in the flow path, no gap is generated between the outer circumference of the rotator and the inner surface of the flow path of the stator, even when the flow path of the stator is worn partially due to the use of a mono-pump. Thus, it is possible to prevent a rapid drop in conveying pressure of the mono-pump. |
