PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an advertising effect.SOLUTION: An extraction device according to the present application includes a calculation part and an extraction part. The calculation part calculates an index value of each combination of keywords that is created for each person who has designated the keywords. The extraction part extracts, from a combination including a first keyword newly designated of the combinations of the keywords, a second keyword different from the first keyword, on the basis of the index value of each combination calculated by the calculation part.
