<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a failure diagnosis system for accurately narrowing down the candidates of failure generation conditions by using various normal time data. <P>SOLUTION: A terminal device 4 detects the generation of a failure (S1), and transmits failure time data to a center device 5 (S2). The center device 5 specifies a terminal device 4 of a cooperation request destination (S3), and transmits the failure time data to the terminal device 4 of the cooperation request destination (S4). The terminal device 4 derives candidate conditions which can be the generation conditions of the failure (S5), and transmits a candidate condition list to the center device 5 (S6).
