摘要 The present invention relates to: a hybrid nanocarrier comprising a magnetic carbon nanotube (CNT) attached with a magnetic nanoparticle (MNP) on a surface of the CNT and silica coated on the surface of the magnetic CNT; a manufacturing method thereof; and a composition for imaging or a composition for drug delivery comprising the same. According to the present invention, the nanocarrier exhibits high carrying capacity of a mesoporous and magnetic nanocarrier with respect to a biological molecule comprising gentamycin, cyt C, and siRNA, regarding carrying capacity of a molecule for treatment and intracellular delivery thereof. In addition, the nanocarrier provides a minimum toxicity for cells, and can have high speed of cellular absorption through magnetic properties. Moreover, a novel multifunctional nanocarrier can be potentially applied as a theranostics system.
