PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hanger hook device for a metal plating processing which allows a user to perform a hanger hook work of a workpiece in a comfortable posture, contributing to efficiency of the work and reduction of fatigue of an operator.SOLUTION: A hanger hook device for a metal plating processing is configured so that: a left lifting hoisting dolly is stored in a left guide path formed on a left pillar body of a portal frame, and a right lifting hoisting dolly is stored in a right guide path formed on a right pillar body of the portal frame, so that the dollies can be respectively lifted up and down; a base end part is connected to each of the left lifting hoisting dolly and the right lifting hoisting dolly respectively; a left hoisting support rod and a right hoisting support rod whose tip end parts project from left and right openings communicating with the left and right guide paths, are respectively disposed on facing side faces of the left and right pillar bodies; a left traction cable and a right traction cable whose one ends are connected to a piston rod of a hydraulic cylinder for work are guided from top parts of the left and right pillar bodies; and the other ends of the cables are connected to the left hoisting support rod and right hoisting support rod respectively; and a metal plating workpiece hanger is suspended so as to be lifted up and down, to a left hanger reception part and a right hanger reception part respectively arranged on the tip end parts of the left hoisting support rod and the right hoisting support rod.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
