PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aerosol collector for locally collecting aerosol particles in a statical manner capable of achieving satisfactory analytical sensitivity in short time.SOLUTION: An aerosol collector 1 includes a particle deposition device 3 for depositing electrostatic charged nanoparticles on a collection film 11 in a static manner. The particle deposition device 3 includes: a container 4 which has a particle inflow-in part 5 and a particle discharge part 6; a particle flow-in nozzle 7 which is provided to the particle inflow-in part 5 of the container 4; and a deposition holder 8 for depositing the particles flowing in from the flow-in nozzle 7. The deposition holder 8 has an electrode 10 inside a resin collection container 9 and collection film 11 is disposed over the electrode. The deposition holder 8 is covered by a metal cover 12 in which throughholes 13 are formed to allow electrostatic charged nanoparticles introduced through the flow-in nozzle 7 to pass through, and over the collection film 11, and a metal net member 14 is disposed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
