Disclosed are a user information processing method, apparatus and system, a PCRF, and an RCAF. The method comprises: sending a request for acquiring user information of a user in a predetermined region to at least one of the following predetermined network elements: a radio access network congestion awareness function (RCAF), a mobility management entity (MME) and a serving general packet radio service support node (SGSN); and receiving the user information, provided by the predetermined network element according to the request, of the user in the predetermined region. By means of the present invention, the problem in the related art that user information of a user in a specific region cannot be acquired is solved, thereby achieving the effect of effectively acquiring the user information of the user in the specific region. |
