Data associated with one or more operational parameters associated with the ship is obtained. One or more performance values corresponding to the obtained data are identified. One or more optimal operational parameters are determined based on a comparison of the identified one or more performance values and one or more historical performance values. The historical performance values correspond to historical data associated with the one or more operational parameters. The determined one or more optimal operational parameters for the ship are provided.
