The present invention relates to a non-woven fabric (1) that comprises: a base part (10) that spreads out in an approximately planar shape; and a plurality of projecting parts (12) that protrude from the base. Each of the projecting parts comprises: a peripheral surface part (12S) that has a base end (12EB) on a base part side and that rises from the base part in a thickness direction (Th) of the non-woven fabric so as to form a peripheral surface (12SP); and a top part (12T) that is formed on a tip end (12ET) side of the peripheral surface part, the tip end being positioned on the opposite side of the peripheral surface part from the base end.
