<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head and device for jetting a liquid which inhibit evaporation of moisture contained in liquid and also have uniform ejection characteristic of the liquid. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid jetting head includes a head body which jets liquid, and a back pressure control unit to which the head body is fixed. The back pressure control unit includes a chamber, a film member which seals the chamber, and a protective plate 44 which has a film holding part 58 disposed on the side of the film member opposite to the chamber and holding the film member. The protective plate 44 includes narrow paths 592 and 593 communicating with the film holding part 58 on a surface on the side opposite to the film holding part 58, and a meandering snake path 594 communicating with the narrow paths 592 and 593 and also communicating with the outside of the back pressure control unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
