A fryer having a rotational structure of a heater is disclosed. The fryer having a rotational structure of a heater according to the present invention comprises: a main body having an oil accommodation part and a space part separated from the oil accommodation part; a fixing bracket connected to the space part of the main body and having a pair of vertical members; a rotary bracket disposed in the space part and connected to the fixing bracket to be able to rotate; a pair of adhesive members connected to the surface of the rotary bracket so as to adhere to the vertical members; and the heater having a horizontal heating part accommodated in the oil accommodation part of the main body and a bent connection part formed by bending both ends of the horizontal heating part, wherein the bent connection part is connected to the rotary bracket. The heater is rotated along with the rotary bracket around the fixing bracket when a user imposes force thereon at a predetermined angle in an upper direction of the oil accommodation part, and then fixed to the vertical members by means of the adhesive members. According to the present invention, the heater in the oil accommodation part of the main body can be rotated at a predetermined angle in a vertical direction by an operation of a user, so the oil accommodation part can be cleaned without separating the heater from the main body of the fryer. |
