A method and device for channel multiplexing, comprising: determining, by a base station, a transmission mode of a data service channel; and sending the data service channel according to the determined transmission mode, wherein the determined transmission mode at least comprises one or more of the following features: a data service channel and a control channel in a transmission mode share the same resource; control information born in the control channel in the transmission mode at least comprises downlink scheduling authorization, or uplink scheduling authorization or uplink and downlink scheduling authorization; and the number of candidate locations of the control channel in the transmission mode is less than a pre-set threshold value.
