A shunt resistor has, in at least one part, a resistive element (23) for which the resistance value is preset, bridges two electrodes (200a, 200b), and detects a current value for a current flowing between the electrodes by detecting a voltage drop in the resistive element. Furthermore, this shunt resistor is provided with: a pair of connecting parts (10a, 10b) affixed and electrically connected to each of these electrodes via a conductive adhesive (300); a bridging part (20) that extends from one connecting part to the other connecting part and bridges the connecting parts; and a pair of bonding wires (30) for detecting the voltage drop in the resistive element. The bonding wires are bonded to the bridging part. |
