Disclosed is a payment system. The security of the whole payment system is improved, and the security of funds within a payment process is ensured. The technical solution of the payment system is: within the whole payment system, an encryption/decryption program is respectively designed at a payment end, a consumer end and an account management server end. Multi-level multi-system encryption processing is performed on the transmission and storage of data, and the legitimacy of a hardware device of an access system is verified. The convenience and security of the payment system are improved to varying degrees in comparison with traditional magnetic card payment means and third-party account online payment means such as Alipay.
