PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system using value information that also functions as virtual currency.SOLUTION: A server computer in the exchange market 1 of value information includes encryption preparation means and issues value information (virtual currency) e in which purchased power supply guarantee information is encrypted as proof of value by the encryption preparation means.
