The present invention relates to a method to manufacture a vehicle belt spindle using hot forging. The method to manufacture a vehicle belt spindle using hot forging comprises: (S10) a raw material input process of preparing a circular raw material; (S20) a raw material cutting process of cutting the raw material at a proper length; (S30) a raw material preheating process of heating the raw material; (S40) a raw material forging press process of plastically working the raw material; (S50) a burr removing process of removing the burr with respect to an outer surface of a forged product; (S60) a heat treatment process of thermally treating the forged product; (S70) a shot blast process of treating a surface of an exterior of the forged product; and (S80) a final inspection process of checking an exterior state of the forged product. |
