According to an embodiment of the present invention, an operation voltage of an organic light emitting device can be reduced by mixing a pre-mixed first phosphorescent host material, a third phosphorescent host material, having a wider band gap, and a second phosphorescent host material and applying the mixed first/second/third phosphorescent host materials to a green light emitting layer of the organic light emitting device. Accordingly, power consumption of the organic light emitting device is improved. In addition, the third phosphorescent host material, having a wider band gap, is applied to the green light emitting layer of the organic light emitting device to improve light emitting efficiency of the same to increase a product life cycle of the organic light emitting device. The organic light emitting device comprises: first and second electrodes; and the organic light emitting layer arranged on the first and second electrodes. |
