The present invention relates to a method for producing a molded body, and to a molded body. According to the present invention, the molded body has a silicon carbide supported matrix and an integrated carbon structure. A base body, which is based on a powder mixture containing silicon carbide or silicon and carbon, and a binder, is contained in layers by the production method. The pyrolysis of the base body is carried out after the binder is hardened, so as to produce a molded body. In addition, the carbon content of the carbon structure is adjusted by the pyrolysis of the binder and also by the carbon content of the powder mixture or the penetration of carbon materials into the silicon carbide supported matrix. |
