The invention relates to fusion proteins comprising a fragment of the protein Spo20, the fluorescent protein ECFP and the fluorescent protein Venus or a variant thereof. The invention also relates to the nucleotide sequence comprising same, and to the use thereof for the in vitro detection and/or quantification of phosphatidic acid in cell membranes, for example, the plasma membrane or the mitochondrial membrane. The invention further relates to a screening method using the fusion proteins of the invention.
