摘要 The present invention relates to a half-moon-shaped rice cake (Songpyeon) composition using bun stuffing and a method of manufacturing the same. More specifically, the present invention contributes to offer balanced nutrient and increase rice consumption by modifying rice cake into various meals including rice-cake soup (Tteokguk), steamed dish, stir-fried rice cake (Tteokbokki) and roast dish; offer highly nutritious foods to people by maintaining and developing rice cake such as Songpyeon and adding nutrient ingredients such as cheese stuffing, meat stuffing, vegetable stuffing and Kimchi stuffing suitable for modern people′s taste to foods of Songpyeon-shaped forms; maintain nutrient balance by adding stuffing produced by adding various materials to rice powder to the foods; satisfy people′s taste by adding a variety of food materials people of all ages like; offer a balanced meal by evenly adding carbohydrates, proteins, fats and minerals nutritionally required for one meal of modern people; promote rice consumption and generate interest in rice-based foods rather than flour-based foods that are not digested well by adding stuffing containing a variety of nutrients to a main ingredient, rice, that is digested well and thus contribute to health of people; and widely spread rice foods utilizing rice digested well in order to solve a drawback of fast foods which are made of flour as a base ingredient and hardly digested.
