<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell culture container A having a functional film in which air bubbles 1 are not present between the back surface of the functional film 10 and the bottom surface 51 of the cell culture container 50. <P>SOLUTION: The cell culture container A having a functional film is characterized in that the functional film 10 is arranged in a state covering not only the bottom surface 51 but also the area of a circumferential side wall 52 close to the bottom surface 51.
