According to an embodiment of the present invention, a programmable gain amplifier circuit (PGA circuit) comprises: a first input resistance connected between a first input terminal and a first node; a second input resistance connected between a second input terminal and a second node; a first feedback resistance connected between the first node and the first output terminal; a second feedback resistance connected between the second node and the second output terminal; a first reference resistance connected between a third input terminal and the first node; a second reference resistance connected between a fourth input terminal and the second node; and an operational amplifier (OP-AMP) for connecting the first and second nodes to an input terminal of the OP-AMP, and connecting the first and second output terminals to an output terminal of the OP-AMP. Each of the first resistance and the second resistance includes an R-2R ladder shape.
