<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive resin composition which has excellent adhesive force to various adherends such as metals, glass and plastic, comprises a simple composition, and can easily be produced, and an adhesive resin molded body and an adhesive resin laminate using the adhesive resin composition. <P>SOLUTION: The adhesive resin composition contains as essential components (A) an acid-modified polyolefin resin and (B) an epoxy resin-based compound having ≥2 epoxy groups per molecule and ≥10 hydroxy groups per molecule. The adhesive resin molded body comprises a film or sheet formed from the adhesive resin composition.
