CHEMICALLY AMPLIFIED PHOTOSENSITIVE RESIN COMPOSITION AND METHOD OF REDUCING YELLOWING BY USING THE SAME

The present invention relates to a chemically amplified photosensitive resin composition and a method for reducing yellow using the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to: a photosensitive resin composition which comprises a binder resin, a mineral acid generator, and a solvent and has excellent sensitivity, hardness, and storage stability; and a method for reducing yellowing using the same. The binder resin comprises a first resin including a repeat unit represented by chemical formula 1 and a second resin including a repeat unit represented by chemical formula 2. The photosensitive resin composition can suppress yellowing phenomenon particularly at high temperature and thus can alleviate a problem of transmittance decline.
