PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a light weight formation while simplifying a heat radiation structure.SOLUTION: A radiator is thermally connected to a heat generating member 9 to radiate heat generated from the heat generating member 9. The radiator comprises a base board 2 thermally connected to the heat generating member 9 and one or more heat radiation units 3 fixed to the base board 2 in a thermal connected state so as to radiate heat conducted from the heat generating member 9. The heat radiation units 3 comprise: a plurality of thermal conductive sheets 4 arranged to be spaced apart to each other and having fibrous substance; a spacer 5 present between the thermal conductive sheets 4 arranged to be oppositely faced to each other; holders 6 arranged at both side end surfaces of the plurality of thermal conductive sheets 4 laminated through the spacer 5; and connecting elements 7 passing through the holders 6, thermal conductive sheets 4 and spacer 5 and connecting these laminated bodies.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
