PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the influence of variations in consumed current of ASIC of a cell controller on cell balance.SOLUTION: A battery controller is applied for controlling a battery 100 including battery modules M-Mconnected in series, and including unit cells C1-Cn connected in series, and cell controllers CC-CCfor detecting the voltage of each of the unit cells C1-Cn to control the charging on the unit cells. In each battery module M-M, the cell controller CC-CChas an ASIC 11 operating on a terminal voltage of the battery module M-M. The battery controller comprises: memorizing means 10b for storing consumed current information of each ASIC 11; and adjustment means 10a for adjusting a resistance value of a power-supply circuit for operating each ASIC 11 based on the consumed current information. In this way, the variation in consumed current among the integrated circuits 11 is eliminated prior to cell balancing. |
