PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive composite propellant having excellent properties.SOLUTION: A composite propellant includes ammonium perchlorate, metallic powder, and a binder. The binder includes hydroxyl-terminated liquid polybutadiene having a number average molecular weight of 2000 to 4000, and average hydroxyl group number of 2.2 to 2.6 in one molecule, and a hexamethylene diisocyanate system hardener, as main components. According to this constitution using the hexamethylene diisocyanate system hardener, hydroxyl terminated liquid polybutadiene as a general-purpose product can be properly hardened. Thus the inexpensive composite propellant having excellent properties can be provided. |
