<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game parlor management device configured to properly calculate game information on the payout of balls on the basis of two kinds of signals when the signals are output from a game machine regarding the payout of the balls. <P>SOLUTION: A relay device 4 outputs, to the management device, a first input signal of an actual safe signal and a winning safe signal wired such that the signals are input to a safe 1 port 14b and a safe 2 port 14c, as a winning safe signal, after a predetermined condition is satisfied.
