PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film avoidance width management method which avoids the erroneous detection of a film avoidance width, determines a correct tolerance of a film pasting position, and can detect a defective mark even if the defective mark marked on a laminate steel plate is marked over a film edge, and a device.SOLUTION: Film avoidance widths Lmo, Lmd of both ends at one end side and the other end side of a laminate steel plate in a width direction are obtained, and in the case that the Lmo and Lmd satisfy both conditions of [Lmo≥Lg+α] and[Lmd≥Lg+α] by an end with Lg which is obtained by the calculation of (Ls-Lf)/2 from a steel plate width Ls and a film width Lf, and a preset prescribed allowance α, it is determined that a defective mark is detected, and the succeeding tolerance determination of the film pasting position is not performed. |
