The coupon issuing server transmits coupon information to the portable terminal. A store terminal reads the coupon information displayed on the portable terminal, and transmits purchase information indicating that a commodity or a service is purchased to the advertisement effect measurement server on the basis of the read coupon information. The advertisement effect measurement server receives the purchase information, and registers the received purchase information in association with the positional information.
