The invention describes a smart label which contains fixed and dynamic information, associated with an expert consumption opinion for best appreciation of the organoleptic properties of the product to which said label is adhered. The label changes colour in accordance with the variable to be measured, for example temperature, the operation thereof being capable of being personalised for each type of product, according to the properties of same which are to be appreciated.
