PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition having good breaking strength, wear resistance and cut resistance, and improving heat aging resistance highly with using materials of low environmental load, a manufacturing method of the rubber composition and a tyre using the rubber composition.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a rubber composition comprising a rubber component and plant resource extraction residue containing moisture. The rubber component contains a natural rubber, and prior to mixing with other formulation ingredients, a preliminary master batch in which the rubber component and the plant resource extraction residue are mixed together is made. |
